Introduction
_
FLEXXI had a growing marketplace and a steady stream of data flowing through its app, but that data needed to become a working sales and marketing engine. systemlink implemented HubSpot end to end, then worked directly with FLEXXI's developers to build a database fed from the app backend. On top of that foundation we built marketing automations for genuinely complex customer segments, and we stayed on as the team maintaining the systems for two years, with weekly meetings to keep everything running smoothly as the customer base grew.

The challenge
_
A care marketplace is a two-sided, data-heavy business.
FLEXXI had people in need of care on one side and self-employed caregivers on the other, with bookings, customer types, and care situations all flowing through the app. The challenge was turning that backend data into something sales and marketing could actually act on. Without a structured database connected to the app, and without a CRM built around how the marketplace really works, the customer data couldn't be segmented or used to its full potential. And because the business was scaling, whatever got built had to keep working reliably as the customer base grew, not just on day one.

The solution

systemlink built the foundation, connected it to the product, and then stayed to run it.
First, we fully implemented HubSpot as the CRM, configured around how FLEXXI's marketplace actually operates. Then we worked hand in hand with FLEXXI's own developers to build a database fed with data from the app backend, so the CRM reflected what was really happening in the product rather than living as a disconnected silo. With clean, structured data in place, we developed marketing automations for the platform's complex customer segments, the different types of care needs, customers, and caregiver relationships that a one-size-fits-all setup could never handle well. The part that matters most for a growing platform: we didn't hand it over and walk away. systemlink maintained the systems for two years, with weekly meetings to make sure everything kept running smoothly as new customers came on board. As the marketplace evolved, the systems evolved with it.
