What you'll do
Build and maintain automation workflows in tools like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n, connecting CRMs, databases, and third-party apps
Support the setup and configuration of CRM systems (HubSpot, Close) and help wire up integrations between client tools
Assist in building reporting dashboards and data pipelines, including basic work with APIs and webhooks
Help map client processes, document workflows, and translate requirements into clean, reliable automations
Test, monitor, and troubleshoot live automations - catching errors and keeping client systems running smoothly
Maintain clear documentation so every system we build is understandable and handover-ready
Learn continuously: tracking setups, AI tooling, and new platforms as our stack evolves

What you'll do

What we're looking for
First practical experience with automation or no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar) - through work, internships, freelancing, or serious personal projects
A logical, structured way of thinking - you naturally break problems down into steps and workflows
Basic familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and how web apps exchange data; some exposure to JavaScript, SQL, or JSON is a plus
Comfort with CRM or marketing tools is a bonus, not a requirement
Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership - you care that things actually work
Reliable written communication in German and/or English
Eagerness to learn fast and ask good questions; we value curiosity over a perfect CV
