CEO Dashboard & Reporting
A CEO dashboard that supports decisions in the company.
Systemlink connects marketing, sales, service provision and finance in the CEO dashboard. Individual reporting with comprehensible data and key figures.
The dashboard is part of your revenue system
Management does not need as many diagrams as possible, but rather reliable answers: Where do suitable inquiries come from? Which offers need attention? Can the team deliver the performance sold? How are incoming payments and outstanding receivables developing?
We build the CEO Dashboard as a leadership tool within your connected revenue system. To do this, we clarify processes, data and responsibilities. A beautiful interface cannot compensate for missing or contradictory initial data.
Consider marketing and sales together
In marketing, advertising platforms, campaigns and sources can be linked to further processes in the CRM. In sales, the current pipeline, next activities, offer status and handovers between setter and closer also count. However, ad reports and CRM reports often use different time windows and allocations.
We therefore document how a key figure is created. An inquiry, a qualified contact, an offer won and sales booked are different events. A forecast remains an estimate with disclosed assumptions and is not presented as sales already achieved.
Service provision and finances complete the picture
Growing sales only helps if customer projects can also be implemented. Depending on the data available, we connect incoming orders with project status, responsibilities or capacity. For finances, payment status and outstanding receivables are often more important than another sales funnel.
The selection depends on your leadership questions and the available sources. This limit becomes visible where data is missing or only arrives with a delay. An estimated figure should not give the same impression as a confirmed receipt of payment.
From the KPI to a measurable action
An example of a helpful evaluation is a list of open offers with no planned activity. It not only shows a volume, but also a possible next action. We will check whether such a list makes sense for your team based on the actual process.
Define key figure and responsible person.
Record the source, calculation, currency and observation period.
Update, clarify missing values and access rights.
Compare numbers with the original systems.
In the management interview, check which decision the evaluation supports.
Automate reporting and keep it traceable
Regular reports can be prepared from the connected data. AI can additionally create a draft summary. The sources and key figures must remain verifiable; An abnormality does not automatically become a proven cause.
Our demonstration dashboards explicitly include sample data. The data model, views and key figures are defined individually for a customer project. You can start with clearly defined reporting and add other company areas within the agreed framework.
